Setting up an ‘Email Upsell’ is just like creating other campaigns in UpsellWP.
Firstly, install and activate the ‘Email Upsell’ Add-on. Now go to WooCommerce DashBoard -> UpsellWP -> Create New Campaign -> Email Upsells
Enter the campaign name and product name from the ‘Products’ section.
Note: Here, you can set only one product. This limitation is set not to overwhelm customers with too many purchase choices.
From ‘Discount’, you have four options,
Then, set the discount value.
Under ‘Template’, you can change or edit the design and content of the existing template. Then set the display location of the product suggestion in the email. Here, you have 2 options,
Finally, set conditions to personalize the product suggestion in the email. You can set conditions based on order, purchase history, user, or date & time.
Then, you have optional settings where you can set the from and to date of the email upsell campaign.
This is how upsell suggestions will be displayed on the email once a customer completes their purchase.
